TEHRAN (IQNA) – Quranic circles and recitation sessions are planned to be held in different cities in Iran to remember those martyred in the Gaza Strip and voice solidarity with the oppressed people living there.

A Quranic program held in solidarity with the people of Gaza

The mausoleum of Shah Cheragh (AS) in Shiraz, south of Iran, will host one of these programs on Monday evening.

Prominent qari Hamed Valizdeh will be among the qaris reciting verses from the Holy Quran at the event.

It will also include interpretation of verses from the Holy Book about struggling against unbelievers and the future of Jews, which will be presented by Hojat-ol-Islam Kaviani.

The program will start after Maghrib and Isha prayers and will be broadcast life on the Quran TV.

The Gaza Strip has been the scene of intense Israeli airstrikes for over two weeks.

At least 4,651 Palestinians have been killed and more than 14,000 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, when the Hamas resistance movement launched a surprise operation outside Gaza.

The Zionist regime’s campaign of destruction and murder in Gaza has drawn widespread condemnation from people, governments, elites, and organizations in different countries.
